Peng is very dedicated and enthusiastic over architecture design and practice. Graduated from University of Pennsylvania (Ivy League), Peng received Master of Architecture Degree as a student of Marion Weiss, one of the American architect legends. Peng has built decades of solid architecture practice experience in multiple cities including New York, Philadelphia and Dallas, etc. During his 10 years of architecture practice in New York City, Peng was the Associate Principal of Laguarda.Low Architects.


As one enthusiastic architect that cares the quality of design and its implementation, Peng has elite level of manipulation in architectural design and practice, where all phases are well included, from conceptual to construction phases. He has substantial amount of successful projects built in China and overseas all over the world, e.g. Shenzhen Uniwalk Center, OCT OH-BAY, Jining Cultural Center, Tianjin K11, Xiamen ITG, Tokyo Shibuya Station, Tokyo Grandberry Mall, Brazilian Fortaleza Mall and Shunde OCT Happy Habour, etc.


Peng is highly experienced and expertised in the field of mixed-use projects and high-end urban complex centers, retail street & complex, hospitality projects, office, headquar-ters, institutional projects, and cultural projects. Peng’s decades of presence in New York, the capital of design and arts, as well as his long-term expertise in hand-sketch and oil paint-ing, together established his global vision & perception, in-time design language integ-rity, parametric design & implementation and sustainable capacity of budget control. Peng is also well rounded in the manipulation of bridging various fashion and design aspects, e.g. urban, art, cultural and retail methodologies into successful architecture projects.
