Xuguang Lie has extensive planning and design experience in industrial clusters, large-scale residential areas, and new urbanized spaces. Along with abundant experience in tourism optimization and upgrade and brand creation. The area of his completed designs has exceeded 10 million square meters. His projects have won first and second place in municipal, provincial, and national design awards.

Planning and designing the first batch of pilot cities (counties) of China’s “One Town, One Product” industrial promotion plan:

Commissioned by the China Council for the Promotion of National Trade in 2016, the first batch of pilot cities (counties) of China’s “One Town, One Product” industrial promotion plan are: Lhasa Chengguan District, Dingqing, Hotan, Tumxuk, Turpan, Mengyin, Qixia, Qianxinan, Anshan, and Xinbin.

Planning for charming Qixia series: 

Long-term follow-up services for the urban renewal and industrial development of Qixia, Shandong have been provided over the years. Around 20 plans have been executed and the “Rural Revitalization Model for Qixia” was concluded. Qixia received the Top Ten Innovation Award for Three Rural Issues in 2019.
