Qianqian Wang

Qianqian Wang joined Qingdao TIANHUA in 2017 and has held management positions in the planning office, comprehensive construction drawing office, special design office, and marketing department. A wide variety of experience has ensured that she is familiar with internal operations and maintenance, personnel management, external market changes and clients' demands. She has also accumulated extensive team management and business management experience. When she was the Director of Management, she had abundant practice in team structuring, personnel stabilization, performance talks, goal co-creation, and corporate culture communication.
