Mr. Kai Xu has successively held several business and management positions at IBM China and Ernst&Young China, and served as the strategic consulting director of Ernst&Young China before joining TIANHUA. Since 2016, he has served in Tianhua and is now in charge of the Group's strategy, scheme digitalization, informatization and new ventures.
